STILLWATER, MN — The Stillwater Area High School baseball team won the Class AAAA state championship with an impressive 8-1 victory over top-seeded Farmington on Friday night at Target Field.

The Ponies were down 1-0 after the first inning, but scored twice in each of the next two innings to take a commanding lead, according to Minnesota High School League stats.
