Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has responded to the request of the father of a 4-month-old boy, Siddhartha, who is suffering from a serious heart condition.
In response to a tweet from a father seeking help for his son’s treatment, Baghel said the cost of the treatment will be borne by the state government. He also ordered the senior administrative officials to make the necessary arrangements in this regard immediately.
Meanwhile, Siddharth’s father, Ratanlal Yadav, wrote in his tweet that ‘Sir, my baby is only four months old and suffering from heart disease. The boy’s surgery will take place in Hyderabad. I am from a very poor family, sir, please help me.” He tagged the prime minister’s official Twitter.
Shortly after getting information about it, the chief minister replied to the tweet saying that the treatment of the boy is now the responsibility of the Chhattisgarh government. You can rest assured, we are all committed to ensuring that both the present and the future are safe.
Ratanlal Yadav is a resident of Gabod village in the Palari block of Balodabazar-Bhatapara district. His son Siddharth was recently admitted to the district hospital due to a heart condition. He also took him to Sri Sathya Sai Hospital in Naya Raipur for the treatment of his son. Where specialist doctors have advised Siddharth to perform heart surgery on his son in Hyderabad after checkup.
Ratanlal Yadav expressed his happiness at this initiative of the prime minister and said that he has come forward as head of the family and with the certainty of receiving help.
