You can actually import directly in XML format, which can be obtained from OJS owned by the magazine, unfortunately in 2021, the import process always fails.
However, we can use the manual method as exemplified below for the Indonesian Journal of Pharmaceutics.
Select Issues and Contents on the dashboard, then add issues and upload the cover, click articles and start filling in the article metadata.
Click add new item
Fill it in according to the existing fields, what is a bit unique is filling in the author and references, you need special technicalities to fill them.
