The couple’s estate agent son, Jye Emdur, sold their three-bedroom Art Deco apartment for $4.3 million after just a few weeks on the market, reports News.com.au.

The Emdurs had purchased the property for $3.19 million in 2017.

TV presenter Larry Emdur and his wife Sylvie (pictured August 2019) made a decent profit from the sale of their New York-inspired home in The Rocks, Sydney.

They unloaded the warehouse conversion ahead of its scheduled auction in April, but the sale price wasn’t revealed until Tuesday.

Larry and Sylvie are expected to move into their new place in Darling Point.

The couple bought the house five years ago after selling their Dover Heights clifftop estate for $11.5 million.

The couple’s real estate agent son, Jye Emdur, sold their three-bedroom Art Deco apartment for $4.3 million after just a few weeks on the market. (In the picture: one of the private bathrooms)

The apartment was converted from a 1924 building previously used as a warehouse for the Cadbury confectionery company.

There is a private elevator entrance and two of the bedrooms have marble bathrooms.

The house also has a luxurious kitchen with a cocktail bar and fireplace.

It comes after The Chase host sold his Bondi Beach investment apartment for $1.055 million at auction in February.

That address had been collecting $850 a week in rent before changing hands.

The Emdurs also own an eco-friendly vacation home converted from an old shipping container in Kangaroo Valley.
