Studies published in 2 scientific journals in 2021 and 2022 also found the portion of durian (white part) contains the substance propazine.

This substance can act as an anti-inflammatory. Therefore, consuming durian water can reduce the feeling of body heat after eating durian.

It may also be better if the fruit is separated and soaked in warm water before drinking the water.

Eat durian in moderation and don’t overdo it.
