It can even mean overflowing with recipe books and ideas to try.
But when it comes to kids, having a well-stocked kitchen means being ready for the snack wars. Children are naturally snackers and sometimes prefer to snack throughout the day rather than sit down and eat. When your kitchen is ready to snack with plenty of healthy options, it becomes much easier to manage.
Prepare healthy meals

You can make a rule that says they need to hang out for at least an hour after school before coming in to do their homework and some days you’d like to do that. join them to play outside.
